My story

 Hi! My name is Cricket, and I'm a 3 month old brown tabby boy kitten! I'm a little sassy, but if you just reach out for me, I can be picked up. I just forget that I like to be petted and held. So I'm also a little squirmy when I'm held until I know that you're not going to hurt me or give me medicine. I have an eye issue that's almost done being treated, and I can't wait for them to be done, because ugh, it's not fun having someone put medicine in your eye! Anyway, come see me and my friends, and maybe adopt me with one of them so we can play together! The adoption fee covers the following: spay or neuter surgery; one-year rabies vaccine; feline or canine distemper vaccine; heartworm test (dogs) or combo (fiv/felv) test (cats); deworming; and microchip. Carroll County Animal Shelter is located at 251 Automation Drive in Carrollton GA. Phone: 770-214-3590. The hours of operation are: Monday through Wednesday 12:30 pm till 4:30 pm; Thursday 12:30 pm till 6:00 pm; Friday 12:30 pm till 4:30 pm; Saturday 9:00 am till 4:00 pm. The Carroll County Animal Shelter will be closed the last Friday of every month for deep cleaning, staff training, and animal enrichment.    July 6, 2025, 9:11 pm
