I’m a 5-year-old lady with soft eyes, a sweeter soul, and a heart that’s just waiting for the right human to love. Slow mornings, sunshine naps, and a cozy spot by your side? That’s my kind of heaven. I’m not one for the hustle and bustle. I’d rather stroll than sprint, and smile quietly than bark too loud. I’ve got a gentle way about me, the kind that makes people stop and say, “Aww, what a good girl.” (They’re right, you know.) They named me Betty, like Betty Boop — and while I might not wear heels or sing jazzy tunes, I’ve got that old-school charm and a friendly little tail wag that’ll melt your heart. I don’t need much — just someone to see me, to love me, and to take things slow right along with me. So if you’re looking for a loyal, loving gal to share your days with… I’m right here. Borrow a Buddy Notes: Betty was amazing! She did incredibly well meeting new people, she was not afraid of men or strangers or anything. Actually, I think what she loved most about staying with me was the people. She met a bunch of new people and she absolutely LOVED them. She didn`t meet any children but the most overwhelming person I know showed up and Betty was so sweet and I cannot emphasize how PATIENT she is, which makes me think that she would be good for a family with children maybe? She was so calm and quiet, everyone was so impressed with how well trained she is. I took her out for walks and we ran into a couple cats, she got excited and wanted to check them out but even then she BARELY pulled on the leash or anything, I think she wanted to play with them so she might even be good with cats although I cant say definitively. She seemed to be completely potty trained, and she knows how to sit for treats! The car was a little stressful for her, she was hesitant to get in and needed some persuasion with treats; She seemed slightly stressed during the drive, but nothing crazy whatsoever and she sat still and was very well behaved in the car. All things considered Betty is one

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Betty, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
