My story

Hi there. I’m not the type to run up and jump on strangers... I like to take my time, get a feel for people first. I watch, I listen, I figure things out quietly. Some might call me shy, and that’s okay. Once I know you’re part of my circle, though? I’m yours, completely. I’m a German Shepherd, which means I’ve got a job to do! Even if that job is just sticking close to my people. I don’t like being far. If you move, I move. If you’re having a hard day, I’ll rest my head on your lap and just be there. I don’t need words. I just know. Now, let’s talk about running! My favorite kind of freedom. The moment we hit the trail or the open path, I come alive. But after the run, after the world quiets down, I just want to be near you! Maybe curled up at your feet or resting with my head on your knee, watching the door like a quiet guardian. I may be cautious at first, but once you’re in my heart, you’re there forever.
