My story

Hello! My name is Duchess.I am an incredibly gentle and sweet puppy. I enjoy doing my zoomies, having a little play time and I love playing in the water of the kiddie pool here at the shelter! I am a super affectionate girl who loves to cuddle and my friends at the shelter say I am really smart too! I am looking forward to positive training methods to help build my confidence and skills to compliment my lovable personality.MY IDEAL HOME INVOLVES...CHILDREN: YesOTHER DOGS: YesCATS: I would do well with cats once I learn their ways.FIRST-TIME DOG OWNERS: I would do best in a home that has dog experience.FENCED-IN YARD: Highly recommended.HOUSING ENVIRONMENT: Homes with yard preferred.SOMEONE HOME MOST OF THE DAY: Not necessarily, but it wouldn`t be ideal for me to be left for a full work day yet.I could do well home alone in a crate while I am still in my puppy chewing phase.SOME OTHER THINGS TO KNOW ABOUT ME...ACTIVITY LEVEL: Medium.HOUSE-TRAINED: Mostly but do expect a few accidents when I get into a new environment.BIRTHDAY: January 7, 2025
