Meet Royal, an 8-year-old, 50 lb lovebug with a heart of gold and a name that suits her perfectly because she deserves to be treated like royalty! This sweet girl is all about human connection. She’s knows sit and paw and will gently nudge you for more pets with her wagging tail and soulful eyes. Royal isn’t into toys, she’d much rather spend her time soaking up affection and leaning into you for love.If you`re looking for a calm, loyal companion who just wants to love and be loved, Royal is ready to fill your home with warmth, snuggles, and quiet joy. All she needs now is a soft place to land and a family to call her own.This pet is eligible for an Adoption Audition! What is an Adoption Audition? It’s a 5-day, no-strings-attached, trial adoption period. You can take this pet home to try it out! Interested? Come to the shelter any time during open hours and talk to one of our Customer Care staff! Be sure to check the `shelter information` box on the listing to see if the pet is located at our Fairfax Campus (4500 West Ox Road, Fairfax) or our Lorton Campus (8875 Lorton Road, Lorton). Then, come in during our open hours!
