My story

Say hello to T-Bone! T-Bone is a sweet and silly 2-month-old white and black puppy who’s full of personality and puppy charm. Though he’s still little now, he’s expected to grow into a large dog—likely over 44 pounds—so he’s looking for a home ready for big love (and big paws)!T-Bone has been thriving in foster care, where he’s been showing off his playful, affectionate nature. His foster shared that whenever she’d step into the pen, T-Bone and his siblings would all rush over to sit in her lap or cuddle under her, nipping playfully—especially at her feet. He had a particular obsession with socks, turning them into a favorite game!He’s at that fun, curious stage where the world is an exciting place to explore, and every moment is an opportunity to learn and play. T-Bone will benefit from continued socialization, positive training, and lots of love as he grows up.If you’re looking for a best friend with a big personality (and possibly a sock collection), T-Bone might just be the perfect fit!This pet is eligible for an Adoption Audition! What is an Adoption Audition? It’s a 5-day, no-strings-attached, trial adoption period. You can take this pet home to try it out! Interested? Come to the shelter any time during open hours and talk to one of our Customer Care staff!If you`d like to meet our available animals, please check the `shelter information` box on the listing to see if the pet is located at our Fairfax Campus (4500 West Ox Road, Fairfax) or our Lorton Campus (8875 Lorton Road, Lorton). Then, come in during our open hours!
