My story

The Foster writes: Akela is a sweet old lady looking for a quiet home where she can play and sleep and receive all the love and comfort she deserves in her golden years. She is social and affectionate and surprisingly playful for a seventeen-year-old cat with no teeth! Rarely have I met a cat so instantly loving and easy-going as Akela. Within a day she was sleeping beside me in the bed and following me from room to room, resting at my feet or on the couch behind me while I worked. She has a funny, froggy meow that lets you know when she needs something - usually food or play or some affection. She's a gentle, loving cat and deserves a gentle, loving home.
