My story

This stunning two-year-old husky mix is ready to find his forever home! Balto was a volunteer favorite at the shelter, and it’s easy to see why—he’s sweet, social, and full of love. At about 65 pounds (and still a bit underweight), Balto is a big guy with an even bigger heart. He’s great with other dogs and adores people. Because of his size and enthusiasm, he’d do best in a home with older kids who won’t mind a zoomie or two! Balto is still settling into his foster home, but he’s already shown he’s a world-class snuggler and a natural pack member.
