My story

Brooke is a beautiful and energetic Border Collie mix with a heart full of sweetness! True to her breed, she’s smart, active, and always ready for an adventure. She absolutely loves going on long sniffy walks and does great on leash, making her an ideal companion for someone who enjoys the outdoors. Brooke is very treat-motivated and knows all her basic cues—sit, down, stay, and come—and she’s also crate trained! While she’s a loving girl, she has a high prey drive and would do best in a home without cats or small animals. She can be selective with other dogs—she doesn’t love everyone she meets (kind of like us humans!), so a meet-and-greet is a must if you have another pup at home. Brooke is searching for an active family who can keep her mind and body engaged and will appreciate her loyal and playful spirit. Our dogs and puppies go home spayed/neutered, microchipped, heartworm tested (7 months and over), and up to date on core vaccines, heartworm, flea, and tick preventatives. Their adoption also includes a free-vet exam at one of our participating veterinarians.
