My story

Re-Introducing Waffles – Your Daily Dose of Sweetness!  She may have been returned for being too energetic for an adult dog, but this awesome gal knows her pawfect family is out there Once upon a breakfast table, a delightful little pup named Waffles came to life—not with syrup, but with sparkles in her eyes and wiggles in her tail! This magical 3-year-old mixed breed weighs in at a perfect 31 lbs and is ready to flip your world upside-down (in the very best way). Waffles is the kind of girl who makes every day feel like Sunday morning. She’s playful, kind-hearted, and simply delicious with kids and other dogs. While her manners with cats are still a mystery, she’s the kind of pup who always seems to bring out the best in everyone. She appears to be house-trained and crate-trained, but mostly she’s trained in the fine art of melting hearts and making humans smile. We are PA Caring for K-9's, an all-breed dog rescue that is solely run by volunteers. Most of our dogs are rescued from high kill shelters in the South. If the dog is posted, they are still available! Once arriving, these dogs enter foster homes, as we do not have a shelter. We cannot adopt out dogs to a home with dogs that are not fixed or up to date on shots. If interested in adopting, please submit an application online at www.pack9rescue.org. Our adoption fee for altered dogs is $350 and goes directly to saving the lives of more dogs.  Our adoption fee for unaltered puppies will be $400 which includes a refundable $50 deposit upon receipt of spay/neuter certificate.
