Yoshi

My story

Yoshi is the happiest, friendliest boy! He has never met a stranger and loves to throw himself into your lap for pets and cuddles. He will also play with every dog he meets and does great at group dog daycare or hanging with his 2 foster dog-brothers. He is about a year old, very soft, and has stunning, light blue eyes. He will need consistent mental and physical stimulation every day. He loves to run (with you, or a fellow playful pup) and is a perfect hiking buddy! He is an attentive learner, and knows ‘sit’, ‘touch’ and ‘down’. After many months in an overcrowded shelter, Yoshi has settled into home life well - he is almost fully house-trained, loves leash walking (except for when he sees wildlife - he gets very excited!), and is working on separation anxiety/crate training. His strong prey drive means he cannot be around cats/small animals. He is sweet and tolerant with children, showing no food or toy aggression towards dogs or people. If you can give this happy, beautiful boy the attention, structure, and exercise he needs, he’d love to meet you!
