My story

Emilio is an 8-year old german shepherd boy who was brought to KCPP as a stray. He has spent time in the clinic getting all fixed up for his forever family. Emilio just needed to gain some weight and get some baths, but he is all better now!Emilio went on a Dog Day Out and here is what his new friends had to say. This boy is generally calm and likes to lounge around. He likes car rides and sits politely in the back seat, waiting until he gets to his new adventure destination. Outside, he is happy and curious. He does all of his pottying outside and loves a soft dog bed. He`ll even put himself down for a nap when he`s tired! Emilio likes to meet new people and is warm and friendly. He likes pets and cuddles. This boy likes food and treats, he would love to learn some tricks. That german shepherd brain is smart! He is very tolerant of touch and allows brushing, he never once showed a sign of discomfort. This guy would probably be great with kids. Emilio was a great houseguest and a very happy dog!Emilio goes to doggy playgroups and is still getting to know the other dogs. Like all of our dogs, he would like to meet any potential canine sibling before heading home to make sure that it`s a good fit. Emilio is neutered, up to date on shots, passed the KCPP vet check, and is available for adoption. If you are interested in Emilio, come meet him at KCPP Main Campus!
