My story

Meet Tobie, a beautiful grey, brown, and orange tabby with a big personality and a soft spot for her favorite humans! This affectionate girl loves to be close by—she’s not much of a lap cat, but she’ll happily stretch out on the floor beside you, especially if you’re working at a desk. She’s also known for her sweet little kisses and her powerful purrs when the petting begins.Tobie enjoys being around people and is happiest when she feels connected. In quieter moments, she can sometimes get a bit overstimulated and may give a gentle nip to get your attention—a quirky little reminder that she wants company or a bit more stimulation. Her foster has added enrichment items to help keep her entertained, and she may do well in a home with another cat or kitten to keep her busy and balanced.If you`re looking for a companion who will always be nearby, ready to charm you with her affection and playful spirit, Tobie is ready to meet you.If you`d like to meet our available animals, please check the `shelter information` box on the listing to see if the pet is located at our Fairfax Campus (4500 West Ox Road, Fairfax) or our Lorton Campus (8875 Lorton Road, Lorton). Then, come in during our open hours!
