Meet Kat Von D! Kat Von D arrived at the Lancaster Shelter as a stray, and when no one came forward to claim her, we welcomed her into the Frosted Faces family on July 17th. Estimated to be around 15 years old and weighing 40 lbs., Kat is a sweet, gentle girl. We will add more information about her settles in. Stay tuned for updates!
