My story

Mosquito is a sweet, cuddly, two-year-old kitty looking for her forever home!This beautiful girl spends her day exploring the house and cuddling up to the people around her. She is a great reading or couch companion, when you’re watching your favorite shows. She loves sitting in the windowsill and looking out the window, even more when the window is open (screened of course). She likes to retreat under beds and the couch when she wants her alone time–or when the dreaded vacuum makes an appearance!Mosquito can be chatty–she will greet you in the morning by rubbing up against your leg and meowing. She is playful at night and enjoys batting around her toy mouse, balls, string, and feather wands. She is most energetic at night.She has a medium energy level during the day, spending her time relaxing and wandering the house. The evenings are when she really gets her cardio on! This cutie pie lives with a family of four in a single-family home: Mom, Dad, a six-year-old boy and an 11-year-old-girl.This pretty lady would thrive in an attentive, loving, peaceful, home. She prefers calm, relaxed environments. And lots of affection is a must–she likes to be rubbed on her stomach, scratched under the chin and behind her ears. All cats have received comprehensive veterinary care and tested negative for feline leukemia and FIV unless otherwise stated. Cats are up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations and have been spayed/neutered, treated for fleas and/or ear mites, de-wormed, and microchipped. Please note there may be additional follow-up visits.
