My story

Ivy is a gentle, nurturing soul with a heart as big as her beautiful green eyes. This sweet mama not only raised her own litter of kittens, but also took in five extra babies who needed a mom—and she cared for every single one with quiet devotion. Her journey hasn’t been easy. Ivy was surrendered by her previous owner because a family member developed severe COPD and required oxygen at home. It was a heartbreaking decision, but one made out of love and necessity. Now that all her kittens have grown and found homes, Ivy is ready for her turn—a calm, cozy home where she can finally rest, relax, and be the one getting all the love and care. She’s a little shy at first, but once she feels safe, Ivy blossoms into a sweet and affectionate companion. She’ll thrive in a peaceful environment where she can settle in at her own pace and let her gentle personality shine. If you’re looking for a quiet, loyal friend who’s given so much love and is now ready to receive it in return, Ivy might just be your perfect match. Completing this application does not guarantee approval, nor does it obligate you to adopt if approved. All visits and adoptions are by appointment only. We do our best to ensure that the adoptable animals are in the best health possible, but you will need to take your pet to your regular vet to ensure complete health. Keep in mind that any pet is a lifelong commitment. When considering adoption, remember what life is like with work, school, hobbies, or kid's activities.
