My story

Alfie – Available for Adoption Meet Alfie! This cute little boy is approximately 11-12 months old. Alfie was rescued from one of our feeding sites, where he was in bad shape. When we brought Alfie in, he was quite frightened and pretty much hid most of the time for the first few days. Three weeks of patience, lots of playtime and socialization, a consistent feeding schedule and Temptation treats has been the perfect concoction to help this shy boy gain confidence and come out of his shell…Nothing is more rewarding now than to see this timid boy come up eagerly to his foster parents for pets and play. Alfie is very social and mostly hangs around his foster parents or other cats. Alfie loves to play…with wand toys, mouse toys, spring toys, you name it! And he is especially diligent about his 5 AM soccer practice with a ball toy! He loves to lay on every soft surface around the house, including the bed, so don't be surprised if you wake up in the middle of the night to find him cozying up at your feet after a few weeks! Alfie’s ideal forever home will be a quiet, adult home with at least one other friendly and confident feline friend to show him around. Alfie is approximately 11-12 months old, neutered, negative for FeLV and FIV, and up-to-date on all his shots.
