Leonidas

My story

Greetings! My name is Leonidas.  In my two years on this earth I have fought many rough times and sad circumstances to arrive to where I am today.  It is my fondest wish that my battles are over, and that I now be able to live a life of peace, comfort, and plenty.  I was found outside, abandoned and struggling for scraps.  My wounds were many and I was weary.  A kind woman was feeding me scraps and helping me to survive and she called my plight to the attention of others.  At that point I was brought into Kneading Kitty’s rescue.  My wounds were treated, the mats removed from my fur and my  maladies attended to. I have been fully and lovingly nursed back to complete health and am now ready to make my forever home and share my heart and my life with someone.  Though i still wear the fierce and forbidding countenance of a warrior, my heart is true and full of love I’m ready to share.  At first I can be a little aloof and shy, but gentle hands, treats, and kindness will win me over. Peace and plenty is my desire.  I get along well with other non aggressive cats but I am very fearful of dogs. I would likely do fine with gentle children.  Because of my long fur I will need regular brushing. I am neutered, up to date in all my vaccines including rabies and my adoption fee is $160.
