My story

Jovi is a striking black and brown male Pekingese/Chihuahua mix with a larger-than-life personality that echoes the legendary rockstar Jon Bon Jovi. With his rich, warm coat and confident stance, Jovi commands attention wherever he goes. He’s full of energy and enthusiasm, always ready to jump into playtime or lead the pack on a fun adventure. Just like his namesake, Jovi has a magnetic charm and an unstoppable spirit that make him a natural-born leader and a joy to be around.Despite his bold exterior, Jovi has a heart of gold and a gentle side that shines when he’s cuddling up with his favorite humans. He’s incredibly loyal, always eager to be by your side, whether it’s during an exciting game or a quiet moment of rest. Jovi’s blend of rockstar charisma and loving nature makes him the perfect companion—full of fun, affection, and just a little bit of that classic Bon Jovi swagger.ADOPTION PACKAGEThank you for your interest in adopting your next pet from The Haven. Each dog adoption fee of $175 includes spay/neuter, up-to-date vaccines, rabies vaccine and tag (age 3 months and up), microchip, deworming, flea/tick/heartworm preventative, a free starter bag of Hills Science Diet, and coupons from area businesses.Please make sure you review the following as part of the adoption process:· Adopter must be 18 years of age or older.· A current government-issued photo ID (no student IDs) - such as a driver`s license, state ID, passport, military ID, etc.· Have a Meet and Greet with the animal and our adoption coordinator (These can be a virtual Meet and Greet session due to COVID-19)· Adopters are responsible for bringing their own travel carrier with them when picking up their new pet.· The Haven accepts cash, check, debit/credit cards, or money orders.* For adopters of cats and dogs aged 6 months or less, or those with a medical condition preventing immediate spaying or neutering, The Haven requires a signed Spay/Neuter (S/N) Agreement and a $100 cash deposit, refundable upon completion of the spay/neuter procedure.
