Meet Trixie -Mama of the Year! This sweet girl was skinny, full of milk and fighting to keep her babies safe on the streets. After weeks of building trust with a rescuer, she did something absolutely incredible. One by one, she carried her puppies across a busy road to her rescuer....in her mouth. Trixie is the proud mama of Milo, Molly, Millie, and Sadie. Now that her pups are safe, it’s Trixie’s turn to be someone’s baby. She is people friendly, kid friendly, dog friendly as well as affectionate and gentle. Trixie fought so hard to keep her babies safe, now its time for someone to do the same for her - could that be you? All dogs will be altered, microchipped, and receive age-appropriate vaccines prior to adoption.
