My story

Meet Polo!Polo is a 2-year-old Dachshund/Labrador Retriever mix who weighs just over 50lbs. He came into our care with his partner and their nine adorable puppies. Most of his babies have been adopted, and now that Polo is officially off dad duty, he’s ready to find a forever home of his own!Polo is the perfect mix of both breeds—smart, energetic, loyal, and incredibly loving. He’s always up for an adventure and would make an amazing hiking or walking buddy. This boy never takes his nose off the ground—he lives for new smells and exploring new places!Polo is a clever and active pup who thrives when he’s on the move—whether he's playing with toys, hanging out with his humans, or winding down with a long evening walk. He’s affectionate, loyal, and absolutely full of kisses to give.Polo is also dog-friendly and gets along well with most dogs he meets. He’s got the heart of a family dog and the energy of an adventurer—what more could you ask for?Could Polo be your perfect companion?
