My story

Basic Info: Breed: Pure-bred English Cocker Spaniel Registered Name: Cobbyhill Blue Satin Weight: 32 lbs Color: Blue Roan Sex: Female Age: 10 years old (10/20/24) Health: spayed, up to date on shots I’m a 10 year old, pure-bred English Cocker Spaniel. I have lived with my wonderful owner since I was a puppy, but she is getting too old and frail to take care of me, so I’m in need of a new home. I’m sweet and loving, but can be cautious around new people and animals. I have been around cats and other dogs for short times in my life and did well, but needed to warm up to them. I might need a bit of time to warm up to you as well, but then I'm your friend for life. I would probably thrive best as an only dog in a a home with a calm companion. My owner didn’t focus on consistent training so I will need encouragement. I am house trained, and I like exploring in the backyard. I might bark at neighboring dogs to show that I’m loyal and protective of you.I will enjoy neighborhood walks with you and love to sniff everything. Leash training is a work in progress since my owner didn't really focus on it. I do get a little excited whin I explore, but with time and patience, I know I’ll get the hang of it with your caring touch. I have a very sweet disposition and especially love snuggles and pet rubs.
