My story

What my friends at ACC say about me:Syrup interacts with the observer, appreciates attention, is easy to handle and tolerates all petting. This cat is showing behavior appropriate for cat parents with either an average amount of cat experience, demonstrate a basic understanding of typical cat behavior.A volunteer writes: Syrup watches people fall in love with the kittens, their cuddly side flops as they wave their paws and thinks to herself, "If that's what you like, I can do it too!" And so she does. She tries. Syrup was left in a carrier on someone's doorstep and we don't know much about her life before the Care Center. Yes, she walks a bit slower than the kittens and she looks like she's earned every moment of her 12 years, but Syrup's a cat with a big heart and so much love to share. Waking up from her nap to welcome and greet me at the front, Syrup nuzzled into my hand looking up to ask if she can just have a chance. She knows very well the irresistible sweetness of kittens, as she was once someone's baby herself, but asks you to please not forget her as she really wants to be someone's baby again.
