My story

Cedar is residing at The PURRfect Match, our new cat adoption center in Andover.  He'll be hanging out there entertaining visitors, greeting guests, playing with many other adoptable feline friends and trying to steal some tasty treats.  Please stop in and meet Cedar and the other furry friends at 14033 Round Lake Blvd NW in Andover.  Please make every effort to meet Cedar prior to completing an adoption application.  Thank you. Hey there, I’m Cedar — Hazel’s brother and your soon-to-be best friend. I’m playful, curious, and maybe just a tadmischievous (but in the cutest possible way). Got a crinkly toy? I’m on it. String? Consider it hunted. A paper bag? Oh yes, I will conquer it. But when the excitement winds down, I turn into a complete lovebug. I purr the second I’m near you — whether you’re giving chin scritches, lap space, or just telling me how handsome I am (please don’t stop). I’m here with my brother Hazel and our beautiful mom Caramel at The PURRfect Match, ready to charm the socks off every visitor who walks through the door. Age and breed are based on veterinarian and intake professional’s recommendation and not guaranteed as a rescue animal’s history is often unknown. All companion animals adopted by The Rescue Crew are spayed/neutered, up-to-date on age appropriate vaccinations, tested for FIV/FeLK (cats) or heartworm (dogs), microchipped, dewormed and provided with monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventatives prior to adoption.   The Rescue Crew is a foster based rescue organization, meaning all of our adoptable pets are located in homes throughout Minnesota.
