My story

Meet JD Williams – the cuddle king you didn’t know you needed! This sweet 10-year-old pup was recently rescued from a high-kill shelter in Houston, where he arrived as a stray. Although he had a microchip, sadly, no one ever came back for him. He sat through his three-day stray hold, flea-infested and heartbroken—but never stopped being the incredibly loving dog he is today.JD has proven to be nothing short of a sweetheart. He’s a certified cuddle monster who adores giving kisses and being close to his people. He walks beautifully on a leash and has been nothing but friendly with everyone he’s met so far.In his foster home, he gets along wonderfully with the small dogs. He hasn’t yet been tested with large dogs, cats, or children, but his gentle nature gives us hope he’ll do just fine with a proper introduction.JD is ready to leave his past behind and be someone’s loyal, loving companion.
