Tia (Bonded to Tamera)

My story

Meet Tia. Tia and her tiny chihuahua sister Tamera were left in their house by their owners when they moved away with no plan for them. They were picked up by Gulfport Animal Control and brought to the shelter scared and confused as to why their lives had been turned upside down. They are still clinging to each other here at the shelter - we made sure they made it into a room together with plenty of blankets, toys and comfort, but these ladies would love a quiet home for their golden years instead of a noisy shelter.They are both 10 years old. Tamera is lively and sweet. She will jump in excitement to see you, roll over and show her belly, and give kisses after only meeting you a couple of times. Tia is a gentle giant that loves soft pets and will tap her giant leg when you hit the perfect spot. She is the scaredy cat of the two - loud noises like trains will have her running to her sister for comfort. It is a sweet sight to see. They are both very sweet, very well behaved, and we believe they are housebroken. If you have a little room on your couch and a lot of room on the dog bed, these ladies promise to be the calm home entertainment and adventure you`ve been looking for and they will be forever grateful if you are the quirky human that takes this quirky couple home. They are both heartworm negative and they are waiting for you!
