My story

How this pet arrived: Carmelo was brought in by his previous owner on July 23, 2025. Why this pet is the one for you:Meet Carmelo! Carmelo is the kind of pup who prefers to ease into things and he's happiest when life isn't coming at him all at once. He's more of a "hang back and watch the room before making his move" guy. But give him time (and treats - seriously, don't forget the treats), and he'll warm up like a cozy blanket on a rainy day. Once he feels comfortable, he enjoys leaning in for pets and getting belly rubs! He also enjoys car rides and casual walks around the block! If you've got kids at home, they should be 8 or older, respectful of personal space, and totally down to meet Carmelo here before bringing him home. He likes to interview his potential squad in person.
