My story

Meet Mouch — a charming, laid-back rescue pup named after the beloved character from Chicago Fire. Just like his namesake, Mouch is dependable, good-natured, and loves being part of the crew. He’s currently being fostered in a loving home in Seguin, TX, where he’s thriving alongside babies, kids, cats, and dogs of all sizes. Mouch is a smart boy who enjoys a calm and cozy lifestyle. He’s perfectly content holding down a spot on the couch while keeping a watchful eye on the household. But don’t let his relaxed vibe fool you — he’s a quick learner and knows basic commands like “sit” and “lay down.” He’s currently working on mastering “shake” and “give five” and would love a family who enjoys teaching him new tricks. This well-mannered gentleman is potty trained and crate trained. He crates comfortably during the day, and at night he gets to be out, sleeping soundly with his foster dog brothers. He sleeps through the night without a peep and respects house rules like a pro. Whether it’s playtime with kids or simply snoozing while the family unwinds, Mouch adapts beautifully to any pace. Mouch would do well in a variety of homes — from families with young children to quieter households with other pets. He’s available for adoption in Texas and can also be transported to the Northeast or Pacific Northwest.
