My story

I am at Oakland Animal Services in kennel Dog Adoption:7Meet The Tail-Wagging Treat Fanatic! Bob is a 4-year-old, 51-pound pittie mix with a nonstop wag that could double as a metronome. Friendly and full of life, Bob is happiest when there are treats or tennis balls nearby. Enthusiastic greeter: Bob meets people with a warm, waggy welcome, his tail thumping like a drum. Treat motivated: He knows “sit” but sometimes gets a little bouncy with excitement. His love for snacks may have him nosing into your treat pouch for seconds. Playful but selective: Bob enjoys tennis balls and squeaky toys, though play sessions are on his terms. Leash manners: He pulls strongly at first, eager for a sniffari and potty break, but settles in with time and guidance. Affectionate in bursts: Between sniffing and snack quests, he’s happy to pause for a few pets before resuming his explorations. Bob would thrive with appropriately matched dog companions or as a solo dog with friendly canine buddies outside the home.
