My story

At around 7 months old, Bentley is already showing what a special, resilient little soul he is. With his soulful eyes and calm, gentle energy, this handsome pup has a way of quietly winning over everyone he meets. Bentley is a mellow, sweet boy who loves to be near his people. He’s affectionate and enjoys cuddling up next to you, but he also has a curious side—he loves sitting outside in the sun, taking in the world around him, and following the lead of his foster siblings as he learns how to be a dog in a loving home. Despite his young age, Bentley has a surprisingly chill demeanor. He’s friendly with everyone he meets and has done well with other dogs so far. While we’re not sure how he is with cats, his calm personality suggests he may do well with a slow, thoughtful introduction. Bentley is mostly house trained and picking up the routine quickly. He hasn’t had much leash experience, so he’ll need a little help in that department, as well as with basic training—but he’s eager to learn and just wants to be part of the family. He’s the kind of dog who quietly follows your lead and soaks up affection with gratitude.
