My story

Age:2 Weight: 80 Location: Hagerstown, MD Nicknames: TT, TyTy, Bubba Good with other dogs?: Yes, Other: He love to play. Good with cats? yes, other: He does like to chase them, so a dog savvy cat would be best. He has lived with cats before Good with children? OK for kids over: Unknown on how he will do with kids,however he doesn't seem to care with the neighborhood kids running around. Activity Preference: Needs in-house activities, Will go with the flow, Champion couch potato IQ: Smart Tyson's favorite things: Tyson loves his humans, stuffies, treats, car rides, doing spins, and being a couch potato next to his people. Tyson is good at: meeting people, meeting dogs, going for car rides, walking on a leash, playing Ideal home: another dog, someone at home most of the day, a fenced yard Training Needs: Health issues: Tyson does have some allergies that his foster home is working through. Meet Tyson Tyson is the happiest young boy has had quite the journey for being so young. His first owner passed away, his second owner had legal troubles and left him alone in the home. Fortunately, a kind neighbor, his third owner, noticed and would go over and feed Tyson and let him out. Eventually, he moved Tyson into his home but unfortunately, the resident dog didn’t want Tyson there and was awful to him. So, he was put into the garage and we were contacted. Tyson arrived after a very long trip. He was immediately friendly with tail wagging. He’s a goofy, sweetie who will have you laughing. He is a happy boy who loves playing and having fun just as much as he likes laying next to his humans! Tyson greets anyone who comes into his foster home as a friend! He has lived with 3 cats who he ignored sometimes and chased others. Tyson has shared a home with a canine sister, and they were besties! Tyson would do best where he is not alone for a full long work day every day of the week, a canine companion, a fenced yard, and lots of opportunity for mental and physical activity.   PLEASE READ: Adopters will not be considered without completing an application. To be considered for adoption, you must apply using our free, online application. Our dogs are fostered in our volunteers' homes, not in a central shelter/location. Only approved applicants are put into contact with the foster family to setup a meeting with the foster dog.
