Meet Linus!Age: 8 monthsBreed: Labrador Retriever MixWeight: 41 lbsLinus is a sweet and playful 8-month-old Labrador Retriever mix with a heart full of love and a joyful spirit that’s contagious. He was found as a stray and, unfortunately, was never reclaimed—but now he’s ready to find a forever family who will love him as much as he’ll love them!Linus is full of energy and fun — whether it’s running around the yard or just soaking up attention, he’s happiest when he’s with people. He’s incredibly affectionate and eager to please. Since he came to us as a stray, we don’t know yet how he does with other animals or children, and we’re unsure if he’s house- or crate-trained. However, with his good nature and loving personality, we believe he has the potential to thrive in just about any environment.Linus is heartworm negative, up to date on vaccinations, and weighs 41 pounds — the perfect size for cuddles and adventures alike!If you’re looking for a loyal, happy companion to grow with your family, Linus might just be the perfect pup for you!Linus's Adoption fee is $108 plus taxDogs are $115 and puppies are $110 unless otherwise noted. All cats and kittens are $75.00 unless otherwise noted. Our system automatically updates adoptable websites every two hours. Feel free to email or call us with any questions you may have. Our contact number is 270-887-4175. The shelter is open Tuesday through Saturday from 10:30-4 and is closed daily for lunch from 12:30-1. Adoptions are done on a first come first serve basis for owner releases. Strays have a wait list.
