My story

Meet Simon, a goofy and loving 2-year-old 25-lb terrier mix.  Background: Simon and his buddy Bruno (also available for adoption) suddenly found themselves without a home after their devoted owners passed away. These boys weren’t just pets; they were treasured family members who were deeply loved and well cared for. Now they are looking for a new chapter filled with the same warmth and love.   Personality: Simon is affectionate, playful, and a little quirky. He loves playing with toys and dog friends. He is great with kids and women, and while it takes a day or two for him to warm up to men, once he does, he’s all in! Simon is not a fan of cats.   Health: Simon is up to date on all vaccines, neutered, and microchipped.  Training: Simon is housebroken, crate-trained, uses a dog door, walks well on a leash, and knows basic commands such as “sit” and “paw”. He’s still got a few puppy habits (like play nibbling hands), so a little refresher training wouldn’t hurt.  Ideal Home: Simon will thrive in just about any home with love, patience, and playtime. Simon and Bruno are not a bonded pair, so they can go their separate ways—but hey, if you're looking for double the fun, we’re all for it!  Adoption Requirements: Simon’s adoption fee is $350 (or $400 for both Simon and Bruno).
