Meet Basia – Your Little Wildcat Sweetheart Basia is a stunning little girl with gorgeous Bengal-like stripes that give her the look of a tiny wildcat—but don’t let that fool you! Beneath that beautiful coat is a total sweetheart who loves attention, gentle pets, and being right in the middle of all the fun. Born in mid-April 2025, Basia was part of a special group of six precious kittens. Though we believe they may have come from different places, fate—and a bit of shelter magic—brought them together. They arrived at the county shelter at different times but were placed in the same cage, where they quickly formed a tight-knit family. Since then, Basia and her siblings have grown up in a loving foster home, becoming social, sweet, and incredibly bonded. They’ve supported and comforted each other every step of the way, which you can see in the way they play, snuggle, and share their space like true siblings. Basia is now the last sister from this amazing group and is eagerly looking for a forever home where she can be loved and cherished. Could you be the lucky person to give Basia the family she deserves? We have dozens of cats and kittens available! All our adoptable cats are located at the Frisky Cat Cafe in St Augustine. 1092 Ponce De Leon Blvd (US 1). Visiting the cafe is a great way to find your perfect kitty. All of our cats and kittens are socialized and happy to interact with visitors, so you will meet them with their true personalities.
