My story
Waffles is approx 4yo and weighs about 12lbs now.. he was found as a stray skinny and with terrible skin. His foster has been nursing him back to health and he is the sweetest boy! Waffles loves to be with people and get attention. He watches the foster's other dog play but it doesnt see that Waffles knows how to play yet.
