✨ Meet Hagrid 🐾 — a sweet, fluffy cloud of a boy ready to find his forever family! If you can’t adopt, please share so his people can find him ❤️ 📍 Location: Lexington, SC 📛 Name: Hagrid 🎂 Age: ~1 year 🐕 Breed: Great Pyrenees (assumed purebred) — currently 97 lbs and still filling out! ♂️ M/F: Male 💉 Vetting: UTD on rabies, DHLPP, & Bordetella; freshly neutered; heartworm negative; UTD on prevention; dewormed 🐾 Good with: Dogs, cats, and kids — gentle and respectful with all 🚫 Aggression/Medical Issues: No aggression. Paw injury is still healing (he sometimes holds it up when sore). Past skin infection now cleared — caused by a flea allergy before he was kept on prevention. 🏡 Reason for rehoming: Found stray and pulled from Animal Control 🛋️ House/Crate Trained: Yes! Never marks indoors. Marks outside only when covering another dog’s spot. Hasn’t needed a crate and does great when left alone. Would be fine crated if needed, though he prefers lounging like the gentle giant he is. 🌟 About Hagrid: This boy is pure heart. He walks beautifully on a leash (just a little pulling when startled by traffic), adores cats (he loves licking them!), and enjoys playtime with other dogs. True to his breed, he shows some natural guardian instincts but is just as comfortable being a pet. He could thrive as a working dog, yet his sweet nature makes him an ideal family companion. ⚠️ A secure fenced yard is required — Great Pyrenees are wanderers by nature. He has not been tested with chickens, so like most Pyrs, it’s a gamble there. 📩 Message or comment if interested!
