🐾 Meet David – The Goofy Gentleman with a Heart of Gold David is a 1-year-old Lab/Shepherd mix who’s as handsome as he is lovable. This big, goofy boy has medium-to-high energy and thrives with plenty of daily exercise, mental stimulation, and love from his people. Whether it’s a long walk, a backyard play session, or exploring a new trail, David is always up for an adventure. At home, David is affectionate, loyal, and eager to please — though he prefers to get his zoomies out before settling for pets. He’s a social guy who loves meeting new people and enjoys the company of other dogs, particularly those his size and energy level. David is still a young dog and learning his manners. He’s working on leash skills, polite play, and remembering to keep his mouth to himself when excited. He’s smart, toy-motivated, and responds well to positive reinforcement, so continued training will help him thrive. David’s perfect home will have: • A house with a secure yard (no apartments) • An active owner or couple experienced with large, energetic breeds • No small children (older, dog-savvy kids may be fine) • Another playful, medium-to-large dog friend (preferred but not required) What makes David special: • Goofy personality that will keep you laughing • Big heart and loyal nature • Always ready for a walk, game of fetch, or backyard zoomies • Loves squeaky toys and exploring new places David is ready for a family who can match his enthusiasm for life and give him the love, structure, and activity he needs.
