My story

Meet Joey – the easygoing, cool guy of the Friends litter! This laid-back little guy takes life at his own pace, preferring to observe the fun before jumping in. Joey loves water and enjoys splashing around, but he’s just as happy chilling nearby and soaking in the day’s adventures. His calm, relaxed demeanor makes him the perfect companion for a family looking for a playful puppy who also knows how to take it easy. Joey is friendly with kids and other dogs, fitting in seamlessly with an active household or a calmer one that can match his steady energy. He came to us from an owner who could no longer care for him and his siblings, but his easygoing, affectionate nature has remained bright and endearing. Like all young pups, Joey will need continued training as he grows, but his laid-back attitude, playful moments, and love for water make him a joy to raise and adore. Joey was born on April 21, 2025, and is currently thriving in his foster home in Fort Worth, Texas. This mellow, water-loving boy is ready to find his forever family to play, relax, and enjoy life alongside him every step of the way! OUR DOGS ARE FOSTERED IN TEXAS, COLORADO, OR PENNSYLVANIA BUT AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION AND TRANSPORT OUT OF STATE. Read below for more information. All of our dogs are located in a foster home in Texas, Colorado, or Pennsylvania. Our dogs are transported to a predetermined location agreed upon by the rescue. The adoption contract and fee are finalized prior to transport. As a Mutts N Such direct adoption, the adoption interview/meet and greet occurs on video call (Skype, FB Messenger call, Facetime, etc). Our out of state adoption fee is $350 plus transport (varies by location). This fee includes all current vaccinations, deworming, a registered microchip, fecal analysis, spay/neuter for pets 6 months & older, and a heartworm test if over 6 months old. All dogs will be current on flea/heartworm prevention. A health exam will be completed and a certificate issued by a veterinarian within 10 days.
