My story

Hi, I’m Beatrice—but you can call me Bea. I’m 12 years young, 15 pounds of pure love, and the queen of calm. While the other pups zoom around like they’ve had triple espresso shots, I’m perfectly content watching the world go by from a soft blanket or your lap. I’m not one to stir the pot—I’m gentle, quiet, and happy just being near you. My favorite things? Naps (lots of them), being held like a baby, and snuggling up in bed with you at night. I’m not a fan of crates—I’d much rather be curled up beside you, soaking in your warmth and company. I’m sweet as sugar and get along beautifully with kids, other dogs, and anyone who appreciates a mellow cuddle buddy. I enjoy slow strolls around the yard, nothing too ambitious—just enough to sniff the breeze and feel the sunshine. I’d be a perfect companion for a senior or anyone looking for a low-key best friend with a heart full of love. If you’re looking for a gentle soul to share quiet moments, soft snuggles, and unconditional affection… I’m your girl. Let’s make nap time a shared ritual. My adoption fee is $75, but if you are a senior yourself (65+), my adoption fee is waived. This will allow you to get on our list of approved homes so you can immediately adopt a Boston Terrier when it becomes available through Boston Terrier Rescue of North Texas. We are always looking for good foster homes. These homes allow us to rescue more Boston Terriers in need because we have a place for them to go until they are adopted. Please consider becoming a foster home for Boston Terrier Rescue of North Texas. You can fill out a foster application at www.texasbostons.com. Click on the Rescue tab and then on the Foster Program tab. Here you will find our requirements for becoming a foster parent along with a link for an online foster application.
