My story

Hi, my name is Leah. I am from Arkansas. From her foster: Leah is a lovable southern bell looking for her forever family - is that you?! Leah is lover and loves her people but also capable of being on her own and being content in her own space. Leah is currently getting along with our resident dogs, cats, kids, and chickens! She is sleeping well overnight in her crate and has no issues being crated while we are away from the home. From the Vet: Leah came to the BB Vet Center for a skin evaluation; She presented to the rescue with a thin, patchy coat, ultimately being diagnosed with a mild skin infection. We hope to clear her for her spay procedure (and adoption!) soon after her recheck appointment on 9/2/25. For maintenance of a healthy coat, TBB recommends following recommendations from a future primary care vet, providing good nutrition and monthly external parasite protection (Ie. Frontline, Nexgard, Simparica Trio or others). This pup deserves the best!
