My story

Meet Susan, a 1-year-old cutie who may be small at just 20 pounds, but has a big heart waiting to be shared. She’s feeling a little unsure in the big, noisy shelter right now, but we know with time, patience, and love, her true personality will shine bright. Susan recently got the chance to spend a few days out of the shelter, where she did a wonderful job going potty outside—showing what a smart girl she is and how much potential she has in a real home. She can’t wait to find her forever family, soak up the love she deserves, and join them on a lifetime of adventures!Susan would love to meet any potential canine siblings! Our staff will carefully handle all dog-to-dog introductions at the shelter to ensure a great match. Feel free to bring your pup along when you come to meet her! Susan is spayed, microchipped, up to date on her vaccinations, and ready for her forever home!
