My story

This is "Cholo". Cholo is a Shih Tzu. He is about 2 years old and weighs 11 to 12 pounds. At his young age, Cholo has had 2 owners already. His first owner could not keep Cholo and gave him to his second owner who now cannot take care of and keep Cholo either! Poor little sweet Cholo. But Cholo just carries on. We cannot say enough about Cholo! He is very cute. He is so sweet. He is very nice. He is well behaved. He listens good. He is just wonderful. He is one great little dog! In a nutshell, Cholo is remarkable! We know that Cholo will make someone very happy! Cholo likes children. He is okay with cats and other dogs. We would prefer it if Cholo went home with a retired couple so he would be with someone all day or if he went home with someone who works only part time. You MUST own your own home. You MUST own your own condo. Absolutely no apartments. Cholo has his rabies shot only. He will be going to our veterinarian this week and he will get neutered, his shots will be updated and he will be heartworm tested. To adopt from us, you MUST have a veterinarian reference in your own name. We will not place any animal without a veterinarian reference. We get a veterinarian reference from your veterinarian which is a history of medical care administered by your veterinarian to your present or previous pet or pets. Please do not contact us if you cannot abide by our adoption rules. The adoption fee for Cholo is $350.00. No credit cards. If you are interested in Cholo, please email us at feline55keeper@gmail.com. You can meet Cholo on Saturday at Petco located at 201 Union Street in Waterbury during our adoption hours from 12:00 to 3:00. Cholo will be wagging his tail and will be looking for you! IT IS IMPORTANT THAT WE STRESS THAT IN ORDER TO ADOPT FROM US, YOU MUST HAVE A VETERINARIAN REFERENCE...NO EXCEPTIONS!

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Cholo, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
