My story

If you are looking for the most soulful eyes and a heart of pure gold, this tender, sweet, darling little girl may be your dream come true. She and her two siblings came into rescue after the owner who had an accidental litter realized that keeping an entire litter of pups into adulthood wasn’t sustainable. Thankfully this sweetheart captivated everyone’s heart and a super loving foster home was happy to take this wonderful girl home until she finds her perfect match. Charlyn is between 10-14 months old. She is in an adolescent and just so adorable. She is currently weighing 57 lbs and we expect her to mature to be about 65 lbs. Since she came in she has had all of her medical work completed. She is now current on vaccines, deworming, microchipping, heartworm tested negative, she’s current on preventative and she is now spayed! She is officially ready for adoption! Charlyn (aka Charlie girl) has been wonderfully sweet since day one. She’d never left the home she was born in and it was all so new to her, and from the moment she met everyone she was always submissive, tender, and kind. She is exceptionally marvelous with all dogs and is gentle and sweet with cats. She was unsure in the beginning of this new place she was in but every moment she was just so loving and hopeful, always wanting to be the best girl she can be and longing for true love. She has been lovely in the house and is reliably going potty outside. She will do great in a home with or without cats, but her dream home will definitely have another dog in it. Whether that be a dog who already lives there, or if she gets adopted with a sibling, either way she’s made clear that for her to be whole and thrive, she longs for both the companionship, cues, play and love of another dog, and tender loving parents who are in love with her and would like her to be by their side to snuggle and adore. She has the most expressive face and you can tell my just looking at her that she is purely good, and wants to be the best girl she can possibly be- she just needs to find true love in the form of wonderful parents.
