Meet Astrid — Your Future Adventure Buddy! That sweet puppy breath? Yep, she’s got it — and so much more. Astrid is our little warrior princess, named after the fearless heroine from *How to Train Your Dragon*. She’s got the loyalty, smarts, and sparkle to match — and she’s already well on her way to becoming someone’s most devoted companion. This Labrador mix (with a hint of mystery!) was born in April and came to us after a local shelter asked for help. Since then, Astrid has shown just how adaptable and resilient she is transitioning from the shelter to her foster home with confidence and charm. She already knows “sit” and loves showing off for treats. Her daily puppy routine — potty breaks, mealtime, play sessions, and naps — is going strong, and she’s handling it all like a pro. Astrid is a total social butterfly. She plays nicely with bigger dogs, cuddles up with cats, and welcomes new human friends with tail wags and kisses. We think she’d thrive in a home with another friendly dog to help guide her and share in the fun.
