My story
Phoenix (M) is an 3-month-old Sheltie/Heeler mix who was rescued from a puppy mill. He is a happy go lucky puppy who gets along great with everyone he meets. He is up to date on vaccines and microchipped. He is currently being fostered in Mont Clare, PA.
