My story

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Minnow is a precious little kitten that was bottle-fed with his adopted sister Shadow by one of our employees, so he is very loveable and loves all people and plays well with the other kittens at the adoption center. He loves toys. He has vision problems due to the fact he was born without eyelids and was seen by an eye specialist in Shreveport and will have surgery when he is a little older. He does not let this slow him down and only requires eye drops to keep his eyes lubricated at this time :)    All of our adoptable animals are up to date on routine vaccinations, microchipped and spayed or neutered.  If the animal is too young a certificate for the spay/neuter is included in the adoption fee.  Please CLICK HERE to complete our online adoption application.   Texarkana Animal League is a 501c3 non-profit and all donations are tax deductible. Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.March 12, 2026, 3:29 pm
