My story

What my friends at ACC say about me:I am looking for a home with a patient person.I can be slow to adjust to new environments. I prefer to take things at my own pace.A volunteer writes: Scar will have better days, but right now it seems like he's come across a string of not so great ones. It happens, so we've been trying our best to help him to look on the bright side for a moment to see all the people cheering on his success (and the snacks we hold in our hands). With that in mind, Scar takes a big breath to meet us half way. He's been curious about the shelter and has even allowed some pets from time to time. We know, of course, that shelter life is a big adjustment for our Scar who came to us from a home with many other cats. While he may not have had as many opportunities as other cats have had to meet new people, he's still really hoping to meet you.
