My story

HOW TO ADOPT: This pet is available for adoption at a community event. Please check our Events Calendar for more information. ---- Loves spending time outside and exploring her foster family's back yard - Likes drinking from a water bucket and blowing bubbles with her nose, but scared of the hose and will stay inside as long as it's on - Will come to her people for pets and to show off her favorite toys - but just to show them, not give them to you! - Likes giving kisses - A little unsure about hopping up on furniture but has a favorite chair in her foster home that she likes to curl up in - Does great on a leash - Super smart and loves to learn, so would be a lot of fun to train - LOVES treats - Not the biggest fan of car rides but does well in the backseat - Foster family says she is mostly potty trained but will need some help from her new family to get to 100% - Has enjoyed playing with another dog in her foster home - Needs a home with no cats or small animals All adoptable dogs and puppies are spayed/neutered, microchipped and up to date on vaccinations (rabies and DA2PPV as appropriate for their age)The ARL's shelter software requires that we choose a primary breed for our dogs. Visual breed identification in dogs is unreliable, so for most dogs we are only guessing at primary breed. We get to know each dog as an individual and do our best to describe each of our dogs based on personality, not breed label.
