✨ Meet Phoebe ✨ Phoebe is a sweet, quiet girl who is still learning to feel brave in the world. She may spend time tucked away behind a curtain, but when she comes out for a pet, it’s pure magic. Her foster family says it melts their hearts every time she seeks them out for a little love Phoebe is easygoing with other cats and would likely do best in a home with a feline friend to help show her the ropes. She’s also gentle with kids — her foster’s daughter can pick her up and cuddle her without any fuss. She’s not a playful whirlwind, but rather a calm, soft presence who will thrive in a patient, loving home. With time, we hope Phoebe will blossom into the sweetest companion, quietly reminding you that love doesn’t always have to be loud to be felt deeply.
