My story

I am at Oakland Animal Services in kennel Dog E:5 This dog is available to meet by appointment only.  Like his namesake, Adonis is a very handsome boy—but he doesn’t let his good looks go to his head. Initially fearful at the shelter, he has started to come out of his shell and warm up to volunteers, seeking gentle pets and treats, and becoming more confident every day. He has done well with other small dogs in the shelter and enjoys exploring the big yard, alternately romping and sniffing. Adonis can be unsure of new people and situations, and will need slow introductions to both.
